This set is made from heavy gauge hard anodised aluminium, making it twice as hard as stainless steel. This pan includes a heat resistant soft grip riveted handle for added comfort and has a excellent high performance base for even heat distribution. This pan is suitable for all hob types, including induction and is oven safe up to 240°C/gas mark 9.Instructions for Induction Hob Use:Choose the correct pan size for each surface cooking area. The diameter of the pan’s base should be equal to the size of the surface cooking area. If the pan size does not match up to the surface cooking area, the surface cooking area does not sense the pan and will not activate.
