I bought a few of these frypans (different sizes) as an alternative to teflon and although they started out promisingly – look great, non stick – a few months in, they are just awful. They’ve stained on the inside so look terrible and the non stick is now non existent, meaning I have to soak them overnight if shallow frying or browning anything in them.
I’ve always loved Barbantia and although this is the first time I’ve been let down by them, these pans are so bad that I’d definitely think twice before buying their products again.

This pan was great when we forst got it, and like another reviewer has said, we wanted to pick a non-teflon pan.
However, after a few months, the non-stick is pretty much non-existent and frying anything is an absolute chore. Also, cleaning is a nightmare now. We were so careful with it as well.

These are really good for the first few uses, nothing sticks. Give it about a month, and the non-stick is gone and everything sticks and burns on, is then worse and ANY pan I’ve used. They are absolutely USELESS!
