I have made several loaves of bread since purchasing this whisk. I cannot believe how good it is. I usually use a stand mixer, but wanted to try this out. The texture of the bread is excellent. I am so happy with it. It is also brilliant at batter and sauces. The handle is a lovely shape for your hand. So happy I have one, I won’t be using my mixer for bread dough again. Would highly recommend this item
