    Beggars belief that something as simple as a tin opener can be over engineered to the point of unusability. Dreadful piece of equipment. My fingers are protected during the protracted opening, that’s for sure, but not when trying to retrieve the food from the mangled tin remains of the can! If zero stars were an option…..

    Literally just bought. First use and cutting handle has snapped off. This is the the Dunelm Professional Collection which cost £8. Do not recommend!!

    Poor quality , handle broke off after less than 3 months use. Took it back to shop and was told it is only guaranteed for 28 days. ! Terrible customer service, you should be truly ashamed ! Hope you never sell another tin opener ever again
